Meet the National Convention Committee

Rev. Solomon Muin serves as Chairman of the CDC-USA National Convention Committee, bringing a wealth of experience in peacebuilding, development leadership, and faith-based community engagement. With over a decade of work in youth leadership, mediation, and nonprofit management across Liberia and the United States, he has been instrumental in fostering dialogue and unity across diverse communities. Rev. Muin holds academic credentials in Theology, Sustainable Development, and Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding. He previously served as Youth Coordinator of the Inter-Religious Council of Liberia, where he advanced interfaith collaboration and national cohesion. Currently, he serves as Development Director of the All for All Agency in Pennsylvania, continuing his commitment to community empowerment and social impact.

Hon. Samuel B. Jacobs – Co-Chair

Samuel B. Jacobs is a highly accomplished educator, engineer, legal scholar, and policy strategist serving as Co-Chair of the Committee. His career began in education at a young age, teaching science and mathematics in Liberia, before advancing into engineering, law, and public policy. He holds multiple academic degrees, including a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education. Jacobs has played a significant role in political organization and policy development, contributing to CDC campaign strategies and institutional frameworks. His multidisciplinary expertise positions him as a key architect of the convention’s strategic direction and governance processes.

Hon. Isaac Doe – Secretary & Finance Lead

Isaac Doe serves as Secretary of the Committee and leads Finance and Governance, bringing extensive experience in public administration, financial management, and youth development. He previously held the position of Deputy Minister of Youth Services at Liberia’s Ministry of Youth and Sports and also served as Secretary General of CDC-USA. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in International Business, he is well-equipped to ensure financial accountability, compliance, and organizational integrity. His leadership plays a critical role in maintaining transparent governance structures and aligning financial operations with the committee’s strategic goals.
